Founder & Principal Consultant
Elle Mendiola brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the fitness, wellness, and beauty industries. ​Her career began with LA Fitness, where she helped support the company's growth from 12 locations to more than 650 clubs across two countries while leading initiatives in operations, procurement, compliance, and finance.
She later served as Vice President of Operations for Karuna Skin, overseeing supply chain, logistics, finance, retail partnerships, and operational strategy for a nationally distributed consumer brand.
Most recently, Elle was recruited by VASA Fitness to establish and scale a centralized procurement organization and oversee tenant improvement (TI) allowance recovery during a period of rapid national expansion.
Having spent decades inside growing organizations, Elle understands the challenges that emerge when growth outpaces infrastructure. Today, through 1215 Consulting, she combines that experience with a network of trusted partners and specialized resources to help organizations improve operations, optimize procurement, prepare for AI adoption, and build the foundation required for sustainable growth.
